General rules and acceptance

Access to the Site is free of charge except for the cost of connection to the telecoms network supplied by the users’ service providers. Certain services are exclusive to our associates and access to them is restricted.
Use of this Site confers the condition of a user of the Site (“User”) and implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions included in this Legal Notice. The duration of the rendering of the Site service is limited to the time when the User is connected to the Site or any of the services provided through the Site. Therefore, the User should read this Legal Notice carefully whenever proposing to use the Site, as both the Site and the terms of use included in this Legal Notice may undergo changes. TP FERRO reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time without notice, in which case they shall come into effect upon publication and thereafter be applicable to all Users of the Site.
Some of the services available on the Site for Internet users may be subject to special conditions, rules or instructions that may, as the case may be, replace, supplement or alter this Legal Notice and must be accepted by the User before the rendering of the corresponding service begins.

Legislative changes

Owing to amendments to the LOPD and LSSI-CE that may occur from time to time, TP FERRO reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice, including its privacy and commercial policy, with a view to adapting it to the latest legislative or jurisprudential developments and sector practices in effect at the time the Site is accessed.
Should such changes occur, TP FERRO will announce on this Site any such changes, sufficiently in advance of their coming into effect.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The conditions for access to and use of the Site included in this Legal Notice are subject to Spanish law.
For the settlement of any disputes with regard to the construction of or compliance with these conditions for access to and use of the Site, the User and TP FERRO, waiving any other jurisdiction that may be correspond to them, agree to be subject to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of Figueres (Spain).


Purpose of the privacy policy

TP FERRO CONCESIONARIA S.A. (“TP FERRO”) informs Users that it complies with the applicable data-protection legislation, particularly the Personal Data Protection Act 1999 (General Act No. 15/1999, of 13 December, “LOPD”) and the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act 2002 (No. 34/2002, of 11 July, “LSSI-CE”).
Thus, any User wishing to supply personal details via this Site must be of legal age.
Under the provisions of the applicable legislation, TP FERRO informs Users that by completing the fields of any of the various forms on the Site, clicking on “Accept” or “OK” on such form and subsequently “Submit” or “Send”, they expressly accept and consent to their details being computer-processed and included in an automated file that has been duly registered in the General Data Protection Register, the owner and addressee of which is TP FERRO.
The purpose of said file will therefore depend on the type of form completed. Currently, only three such purposes apply: (a) to obtain the necessary details to send the TP FERRO Newsletter; (b) to obtain the necessary details to reply to queries and send commercial information on de TP FERRO’s services; or (c) to obtain the necessary details for storage on the intranet and the provision of various services. On such forms TP FERRO shall compile solely data that is strictly necessary in order to provide services derived from its business and other legally attributed considerations, services and activities.

Voluntary use

TP FERRO informs users of the Site that any responses to questions asked on questionnaires are given voluntarily, although unless all fields marked as required with an asterisk (*) are completed, TP FERRO will be unable to proceed to provide the relevant service.


Any and all data provided by e-mail or via electronic forms shall be processed in accordance with the applicable data-protection legislation and shall in any case be treated in confidence by the TP FERRO personnel processing such information.
TP FERRO therefore undertakes to treat any data furnished by Users in the strictest confidence.
Furthermore, unless Users have been informed of the existence of any assignments of their data to third parties, under no circumstances save those covered by the applicable legislation shall any third party unconnected to TP FERRO have access to Users’ personal data or browsing history without their express consent.
TP FERRO does not sell, rent or assign personal data supplied by Users of this Site save for the specific purposes of rendering the service requested.
TP FERRO does not sell, rent or assign Users’ e-mail addresses to other companies, unless doing so is necessary in order for the service requested to be effectively rendered.

Rights to access, correct, cancel and object 

Users may exercise the rights in respect of data sought via the Site that are recognised under the Personal Data Protection Act 1999, in particular the rights to access, correct, object to and cancel data.
Said rights should be exercised by making a signed request in writing, enclosing a photocopy of your identity card or passport, to:

Business communications

TP FERRO, in accordance with the requirements of the LSSICE, does not countenance the sending of spam and therefore sends no commercial messages by e-mail not previously requested or authorised by the User.
Thus, on each of the forms on the Site, the User has the opportunity to give express consent to being sent the TP FERRO newsletter (by checking a box and sending), regardless of any commercial information that may be requested from time to time.
Such consent given may be revoked by the User at any time by following the procedure described on the Site.

Cookies and links

This Site uses cookies, which are text files stored on your computer, to help the Site to analyse the use made of the Site by users. The information generated by the cookie about use of the Site (including your IP address) will be transmitted directly and stored on TP FERRO’s servers. These cookies never record any personal data such as e-mail addresses.

All the content of the site, including but not limited to text, photographs, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as the Site’s graphic design and source codes (“Content”) is the intellectual property of TP FERRO or third parties, and none of the copyright in respect of Content shall be considered to be assigned to the User beyond those strictly necessary for the proper use of the Site.
Consequently, any transfer, assignment, total or partial reproduction, sale, rental or public exhibition, or any alteration of the Site that might affect its current design and content, is prohibited without the authorisation of the corresponding copyright holders.
Solely the viewing and downloading for the User’s own personal, non-commercial use is authorised, and it shall not be extended to any third parties.

Any infringement of this Legal Notice or any improper use of industrial or intellectual property may be subject to legal action by TP FERRO.
